Tomato Cucumber Salad

3 large tomatoes, cut in wedges
2 small cucumbers, sliced, then quartered
2 heads romaine lettuce washed and dried
1 small red onion; sliced thin
Salt & pepper
2 teaspoons of oregano
1 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup raw pepitas

In a 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish, place lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic and onion. Mix together. Sprinkle with salt pepper and pepitas.
