Take the cheese and the figs out of the refrigerator an
hour before you intend to eat them.
Cut the stalky top off the figs, then cut a cross into each
fruit. most of the way to the bottom. Squeeze the sides
of the figs to open them up. Place two figs on each
plate. Put a slice of the goat cheese next to the fruit.
then drizzle a generous spoonful of honey over the
figs and the cheese. |
