In a large skillet, brown hamburger with garlic, drain fat. Add tomato sauce, whole tomatoes with limited sauce, salt and oregano and simmer on low heat for 1 hour or more until the sauce in almost evaporated. In a large pot, boil water cook lasagna noodles. In a deep rectangular casserole dish (10" x 15"), overlap a layer of noodles, add 1 half of the sliced mozzarella cheese then add one half of the ricotta cheese between the mozzarella slices. Next add one half of the tomato & meat sauce one half of the grated parmesan, then repeat. Cover lasagna with foil the place in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy |
