2 Cups Bread Flour
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Hot Water

In a bowl add flour and salt. In 1 measuring cup add canola oil then hot water and stir. Pour over flour mixture and mix well. Roll out then into a 1 1/4 inch round log. Cut log into 1 1/4 inch pieces. To roll out into a tortilla, place 1 pice of dough onto a smooth flat area like a crust dough water. Start flattening the dough out into a 3-4" round circle, next using a rolling pin roll out to a thin round tortilla. Place tortilla on a med-high non stick pan for 30-60 sec then turn over for another 30-60 sec then remove. Place in a towel and cover to keep warm.
