1 lb Smoked Salmon Lox, sliced
1 C Cream Cheese
1 tbsp Cream
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
2 tbsp Fresh Thyme, Dill and Basil
1 Roasted Red Pepper, julienned
3 Asparagus Spears, blanched

Mix the herbs, cream cheese, cream, salt and pepper. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a clean work surface. Spread out the smoked salmon evenly. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bottom 1/3rd of the salmon. Lay the asparagus and peppers in the center of the cheese and roll sushi style. Allow to cool in the fridge for 2 hours then slice.
