5 Egg yolks
1 Whole Egg
1/2 C Sugar
1/4 C Marsala Wine
1 T Cocoa Powder
1 C Heavy whipping Cream
1 C Mixed Berries
1/4 C Sugar
1/2 C Prosecco
1 bunch Fresh Mint

Place eggs, yolks, sugar, and marsala in a stainless steel bowl and cook over a medium - low steam bath until tripled in volume, about 5 minutes. If serving warm, serve immediately with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and garnish Italian cookies (if desired). If served cold, cool over an ice bath and whip the cream to stiff peaks. When Zab is cooled, fold in the whipped cream and cool in a refrigerator for two hours or over night. Marinate the berries in the sugar and prosecco, and divide between 5 wine glasses. Spoon the Zab over the berries and garnish with the fresh mint.
