Filling:
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 Tbl Salad Oil
3/4 lb pork hash
1/4 lb minced shrimp
1/4 tsp aji(msg)
3/4 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1 Tbl soy sauce
1/2 cup carrots sliced thin
1/2 cup beans sliced thin
1 large potato
1/2 lb bean sprout
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
Lumpia wrappers
Dipping Sauce:
1/3 Cup thin Soy sauce
1/3 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1/3 Cup Sliced Scallions
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbl sambal

Filling: Heat oil and sauté garlic, pork and shrimp, season with aji(msg), salt pepper and soy sauce. Cover and simmer until pork is tender. Add vegetables and cool for 3 minutes. Drain in a colander. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Put 2 Tbl of prepared filling about 2 “ from the rear edge of the wrapper. Fold edge of the wrapper over the filling; fold left and right sides toward the center to completely enclose the filling in and envelope fashion. Roll toward open end. Moisten edge with water and seal. Fry in hot oil until lightly browned. Dipping Sauce: Mix all the ingredients together and serve with the Lumpias.
