10 Slices White Bread
2 medium onion, diced
1 clove galic, minced
6 Eggs
2 tbsp Parsley, Chopped
salt & pepper
Bacon Fat or Butter

Saute onions in bacon fat or butter, add salt & pepper, garlic and parsely. Soak bread in water, squeeze out the liquid, add to onion mixture, beat eggs slightly, add, then cook on high heat strirring constantly until cooked. Stuff under turkey skin.
