PIZZA - Walnut Pesto Ricotta Prosciutto and Arugula

Pizza Dough
2 Cups Walnut Pesto
1 1/2 Cups Ricotta
1 Cup Feta
10 Slices Prosciutto
4 Cups Arugula
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan

Pre-heat bbq on lowest temp for 10 minutes. Place pizza dough on a thin cardboard pan or a pizza brick. Spread Pesto evenly on dough up to 1/2" from edge then with a tablespoon dollup Ricotta every 2" on top of Pesto, followed by Feta. Next lay enough Prosciutto to cover pizza. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Place pizza on bbq (Approx 400 degrees) and cook for 7 minutes, then turn a 1/4 of a turn so you can get a fairly even downed crust on the bottom. Cook for 7 more minues or until the bottom of crust is golden brown. Remove, top with Arugula, cut and serve.
