			3 Egg Whites 1 2/3 C Buttermilk 1 tsp Soda 1 1/2 C Flour 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp salt 3 Tbsp Soft Butter
			Beat egg whites with a beater until they peek. In a seprate bowl add buttermilk and soda. Sift together and beat in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Next beat in butter then fold in the egg whites. Pour pancakes into skillet and cook until golden brown on each side.
