Versatile Peanut Dip with Vegtables

1/2 C Smnoth Peanut Butter
3 Tb Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 C Hot Brewed Black Tea
2 Tb Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Chili Paste
3 Green Oinions, thinly sliced
3 Tb Salted Roasted Peanuts, coursely chopped
1 Tb Fresh Basil and Cilantro, chopped
3 Red Peppers

In a bowl, whisk peanut butter with brown sugar until blended. Add hot tea, soy sauce and chili paste. Mix well. Add green onions, peanut and basil and mix until blended. Transfer to a small serving bowl, cover and refrigerate. Serve with Red Peppers that have been sliced thick and seeded.
