Versatile Peanut Dip with Vegtables

1/2 C Smnoth Peanut Butter |
|
|
1/2 C Hot Brewed Black Tea |
|
2 Tb Low Sodium Soy Sauce |
|
|
3 Green Oinions, thinly sliced |
|
3 Tb Salted Roasted Peanuts, coursely chopped |
|
1 Tb Fresh Basil and Cilantro, chopped |

In a bowl, whisk peanut butter with brown sugar until blended. Add hot tea, soy sauce and chili paste. Mix well. Add green onions, peanut and basil and mix until blended. Transfer to a small serving bowl, cover and refrigerate. Serve with Red Peppers that have been sliced thick and seeded. |
