1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon oil
2 LB seasonal vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, bok choy)

Cut vegetables into thin diagonal slices. Heat oil just before smoking point; add vegetables and stir-fry for approximately 2-3 minutes. Add ginger, salt, sugar, and soy sauce and stir-fry for additional minute or until vegetables are done (deep green – translucent stems). Serve hot.
