2 LB seasonal vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, bok choy) |

Cut vegetables into thin diagonal slices. Heat oil just before smoking point; add vegetables and stir-fry for approximately 2-3 minutes. Add ginger, salt, sugar, and soy sauce and stir-fry for additional minute or until vegetables are done (deep green – translucent stems). Serve hot. |
