1 tbsp worcestershire sauce |
|
|
|
|

|
|
8 slices sirloin steak rolladen cut |

10 Slices Bacon cut in half |

MARINADE: Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Store in a jar and refridgerate until ready to use. Shake before use.
SALJ: Put bread in a blender and pulse to crumbs, add remaining ingredients and blend. Spread on steaks and roll. Place in a shallow dish and pour marinate on top. Marinate overnight turning 2-3 times to absorb liquid.
To cook, wrap each in a slice of bacon, secure with wooden skewer. BBQ over medium to high indirect heat. |
