15 Carrots sliced
3 Tablespoons Sugar
3/4 cups Fresh Orange Juice
3/4 teaspoons Ginger
3 teaspoons Salt
3 teaspoons Cornstarch

Cook sliced carrots in boiling salted water until tender (about 20 min.) Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook until blended smooth. Add cooked carrots, toss lightly, serve.
