Cream butter and sugar in a mixer until fluffy. Add flour and beat for 10 minutes at high speed. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each with whatever decoration you prefer. Bake at 300 degree's 25-30 minutes until pale brown. (True Convection for 25 mins at just under 300 degrees)
