1 Lb Frozen Spinach, defrosted |
|
|
1/2 C Bacon, finely chopped |
|
|
1 Garlic Clove, Finely Chopped |
|

Sqeeze spinach as dry as possable and set aside. Cook bacon (do not brown). Add chopped onions, cook until translucent. Add garlic, salt, pepper and flour. Stir continuously for about 2 mins. Add milk and whip until smooth. Stir and cook for two more mins. Add spinach - cook for 5 more mins. Stir occasionally. Cover top with melt butter until ready to serve. |
