			3 medium onions, chopped 1 tblsp olive oil 3 tblsp paprika 4 large green peppers, chopped 2 hot peppers, deveined and chopped 6 sausage links, anykind 10 medium mushrooms, sliced 3 tsp chicken stock powder 4 large tomatoes, chopped 6 eggs, beaten
			Saute onions in olive oil, in a large pot, until tender. Remove from heat, add paprika and stir. Return pot to heat and add the remaining ingredients except for the eggs. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 1 hour. Add beaten eggs just before serving, stirring constantly until eggs are cooked. Serve with bread (as a stew). You can also prepare this ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze it, just don't add the eggs. The eggs can be added once you reheat it and follow the directions above.
