Fresh pasta sheets, cut in squares, fill and fold |

2 - 28 oz Gia Russo San Marzano plum peeled tomatoes |

|
Sautee onion and garlic, add sausage, break it up and brown it. Add tomato sauce; mix up with hand and remaining ingredients except parmesan. Simmer about 2 hours.
Put small amount of sauce in bottom of 9” x 13” pan, place pasta on top add rest of the sauce. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake 20 min in 375 degree oven, or until bubbly.
