1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted |
|
4 eggs, beaten to a froth |
|

2 cups quality, sharp cheddar cheese, grated |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water as directed on the package and drain – do not over cook macaroni. Return to the pot and add the butter, then the eggs and milk. Stir in the cheese and add salt/pepper to taste. Place in a greased 1 ½ quart casserole and bake for about 30 minutes or until the liquid is firm but not dry. |
