1 Small Yellow Onion, roughly chopped
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
6 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
2 Lb Flank Steak

To make marinade - In a medium bowl whisk all ingredients. Cut the steak into 8 - 10" pieces. Place steak in a large resealable bag and pour in marinade. Press all air out of bag and seal then refrigerate for at least 1 hour turning occasionally. Remove steak from bag and disgard the marinade. Pat steak dry with paper towel and allow steak to stand at room temp for 10 - 20 minutes. Lightly brush both side of steal with Olive Oil and season with Salt and Pepper. Grill over Direct Hight heat until cooked to desired doneness.
