1 Small Yellow Onion, roughly chopped |
|

1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice |
|
|
1 tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar |
|
|
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice |

To make marinade - In a medium bowl whisk all ingredients. Cut the steak into 8 - 10" pieces. Place steak in a large resealable bag and pour in marinade. Press all air out of bag and seal then refrigerate for at least 1 hour turning occasionally. Remove steak from bag and disgard the marinade. Pat steak dry with paper towel and allow steak to stand at room temp for 10 - 20 minutes. Lightly brush both side of steal with Olive Oil and season with Salt and Pepper. Grill over Direct Hight heat until cooked to desired doneness. |
