Courgettes with Dill

1 lb courgettes, topped, tailed and sliced in thick rounds |
|
1/2 tsp freshly gound black pepper |
|
|
1 Tbsp dill, chopped no stalks |
|

Heat Oil and butter in a large frying pan. Gently cook the onion and garlic until soft. Turn up the heat, add the courgettes and black pepper and toss
Cook for 5 to 10 min. turning the courgette slices to cook both sides
When the courgette slives are browning, add the paprika and dill. Season and serve
