2 large tomatoes sliced and dredged with vinaigrette |
|
|
1 red onion, finely sliced |
|
5 oz stuffed olives chopped |

Prepare the garlic bread and bake in a hot oven until crips around the edges
Place a slice of tomatoe and a slice of ham on the toast and top with onion and olives
