Cauliflower and Celeriac Gratin

1 large celeriac, about 2 pounds (900 grams) cut into 1/4 inch wide, 1 inch high sticks, boiled
1 large cauliflower, core removed, cut into small florets, boiled
1 cup grated Jarlsberg cheese
2 tablespoons sweet coarse mustard

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Mix all the ingredients in an ovenproof container and bake in the oven 12 minutes
