Pre-heat over to 350 degrees. In a large bowl cream together butter, 3/4 C sugar until smooth. Mix in egg. Combine flour, cream of tartar, baing soda and salt. Stir in the creamed mixture until just blended. Press dough into an ungreased pizza pan. Bake for 8-10 mins or until the crust is golden brown. Cool. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract until light. Spread on cooled crust. Arrange fruit on top then pipe cream cheese filling and chill. |
