Pre-heat bbq on lowest temp for 10 minutes. Place pizza dough on a thin cardboard pan or a pizza brick. Spread basil pesto evenly on dough up to 1/2" from edge. Evenly spread the artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, roasted garlic then top with feta cheese. Place pizza on bbq (approx 400 degrees) and cook for 7 minutes, then turn a 1/4 of a turn so you can get a fairly even downed crust on the bottom. Cook for 7 more minues or until the bottom of crust is golden brown. Remove, cut and serve. |
