1 tablespoon minced garlic |
|
2 red onions, cut into a small diceml+xm |

Fresh basil leaves (12-15) |

1 large Italian baguette bread, sliced into 15 to 20 slices |

Mix all ingredients in bowl, day before is best. Day of serving, roast garlic (375F for 35 to 45 mins) in foil, add dash of olive oil, salt & pepper until tender and spreadable Slice baguette diagonally and toast lightly Spread roasted garlic on each piece of sliced baguette; place a spoonful of bruschetta on bread at time of serving. Extra can be placed on plate for those who would like more bruschetta mix on the bread. Serves 15 – 20 pieces |
