1 – 2 lbs carrots
2 lemons
3 garlic cloves
Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Line large skillet with olive oil Add sliced carrots Add lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste Cook on med heat for 10 min. Add garlic and cook carrots until al dentes
