Mango, Peach and Pineapple Salsa & Chips

1 large mangos, peeled, seeded and chopped
3 Tbsp chopped onion
3 Tbsp chopped green bell pepper
3 Tbsp chopped red bell pepper
1 tsp minced fresh chives
1 1/2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 Avocado - diced
Salt & black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, except avocado, in large bowl. Right before serving, add avocado along with salt and black pepper to taste and stir gently. Great with chips or on grilled chicken. Makes 2 cups.
