Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain, rinse, drain again and place in a large bowl. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, oil, mustard, vinegar, and caraway seeds over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or until warmed. Add the corned beef, coleslaw mix and shredded cheese to the noodles. Pour the mustard sauce over top and mix. Served warm or cold. |
