SAUCE - Combine all ingredents and mix well, cover and chill.
SALMON BURGER - Place salmon in food processor, pulse until coarsely chopped. Add breadcrumbs, cilantro, green onions, jalapeno, lime juice, salt and pepper then pulse a few times or until well blended. Divide salmon mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a thick patty.
Pre-heat grill on high. Brush each patty with canola oil on each side, place on grill, cooking 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Place in bun, top with mayo sauce, cucumber slices, lettuce.
