1 1/2 Cup Roma Tomatos, chopped |
|

1 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese |
|
1 Cup Kalamata Olives, chopped |
|
|

|
Cook Orzo per direction on box and let cool. Add tomatoes, Red Peppers, Green Onions, Feta and Olives and Parsley. Next mix together with lots of olive oil and a little canola oil, salt, pepper and fresh squeezed lemon juice to taste. Served chilled |
