3 Large Ripe Avocados seeded and peeled

Juice from 1-2 Limes to taste

1/4 C finely diced red onion

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 large Poblono, roasted, peeled, no seeds and finely diced

1/3 cup chopped fresh Cilantro

Place avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients with lime as the last ingredient to add to taste.
