Bang Bang Shrimp

1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined smaller shrimp works best
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup Garlic chili sauce
1/2-3/4 buttermilk, to coat the shrimp in
Seasoned Flour
4 scallions, choppped
Oil for frying
Lettuce to line bowl
Mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce and Garlic chili sauce in a bowl, set aside. Dip shrimp in buttermilk then dredge in seasoned flour. In a pan fill with oil just high enough to cover shrimp, heat to 375 degree's then fry shrimp until lightly brown. Drain on paper towel, combine shrimp with sauce and coat well. Serve in a lettuce lined bowl, top with chopped scallions.
