Best Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie

30 chocolate oreo cookies
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup confection sugar + 1/2 cup
16 oz heavy whipping cream
8 oz mini peanut butter cups
1 cup cold whole milk
1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix

In a food processor place 25 cookies and process till crumbly, then add butter and process for a few seconds. Press into an ungreased 9-in spring foam pan, set aside. In a medium bowl add cream and 3 tablespoons sugar and whip until firm peaks, set aside. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and 1 cup confection sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped cream. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with 20 peanut butter cups cut in half. In another large bowl, beat the milk, pudding mix and remaining confection sugar on low speed for 2 minutes Let stand for 5 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in remaining whipped cream. Spread over peanut butter cups. Rough crush remaining cookies; sprinkle over the top along with 10 peanut butter cups cut in half. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
