Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add chopped onions and saute for a few minutes until onions soften. Add ground beef and brown. As beef is browning, add all the spices, ensuring you break the meat apart as it browns. Once meat is browned, add last 4 remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer in the pot for an hour. Eat the same day but even better the following day. |
