1 1/2 C warm (85-90 deg F)

1/4 C + 1 Tbsp dry milk powder

5 tsp sugar

2 Tbsp canola oil

2 tsp salt

3 3/4 c unbleached flour

1 1/4 tsp yeast

2 C cheddar cheese, grated + extra for top

1/2 C parmesan cheese, grated

1 Tbsp wheat gluten vital

2 tsp artisian dough enhancer

Bread Maker Directions - Combine ingredients in order listed. Bake using White Bread settings and either Light or Regular Crust. 65 min before done, top with more cheese!
