MAKES 24 MUSHROOMS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop. Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped mushrooms, cook and stir for 5 minuntes. Add chicken, parmesan cheese, basil, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, galic powder and pepper, cook and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in cream cheese.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps, place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 miuntes or until heated through. Sprinkle with paprika. |
