PIZZA - Pumpkin, Broccoli, Bacon & Gouda

1/2 cup pumpkin puree canned |

1 large head broccoli, chopped |
|

2 cups (8oz) gouda cheese grated |

CHEDDAR PUMPKIN SAUCE:
In a small bowl, whisk togther pumpkin puree, chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, water, olive oil and graded chedder cheese.
Cut bacon into samll chucks and cook in large skillet or micro until almost crisp.
On pizza dough, spread chedder pumpkin sauce, top with 1 1/2 cups gouda, broccoli, bacon then remaining gouda.
In a preheated BBQ cook for 10 minutes, then turn 90 degrees and cook for 8-10 minutes longer or until crust is done. |
