Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter, peanut butter and both sugars together in a bowl; beat in eggs.
In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together; stir into butter mixture. Refigerate for 1 hour.
Roll dough into 1" balls and put on baking sheet. Either flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern or leave in a ball and put a large chocolate chip on top of it.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until just golden brown.
