WS White Chocolate Peppermint Bark

2 - 12 oz packages semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp peppermint oil
2.5 - 12 oz packages white chocolate chips
4 - 6 candy canes, crushed

Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in a double boiler. Once completely melted, add peppermint oil and stir until well mixed. Cover large cookie sheet (10 x 16) with wax paper and spread the chocolate on it until completely covered. Put in freezer for about half an hour until it hardens. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. Once completely melted, spread over dark chocolate to cover completely. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes and put in the freezer until it hardens. Once it's all hard, break into small, individual pieces.
