Prawn Salad

2 lb prawns
1 lb white fish
1 1/2 pts water
1 pt lime juice
2 med red onions finely chopped
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cucumbers, seeded and cubed
1 red pepper, seeded and cubed
1 bunch of dill chopped
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Lime wedges to serve

Shell prawns and skin and clean fish if using. Place in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients for the marinade together (water, lime juice, red onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper) and pour over the prawns. Marinate for 20 minutes. Add the cucmber, pepper slices and dill. Toss together in the bowl Spoon onto plates or into small bowls. Sprinkle with pepper and tobasco sauce. Serve with lime wedges
