1 mango, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks (canned or frozen mango chunks) |

1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and diced |
|
|
2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled |
|
1/4 Cup unsweetened coconut milk |
|
1 kiwifruit, peeled and diced |

In a medium saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes, or until the sugar is completely dissolved. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until cold.
In a blender or food processor, combine the raspberries, mango, papaya, lime juice, and 1 pint of the strawberries. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass or stainless steel bowl. Dice the remaining 1 pint strawberries and add to the bowl. Stir in the cold sugar syrup, coconut milk, and kiwifruit. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
To serve, ladle into chilled martini or margarita glasses. |
