Moo Shu Meatball Wraps

Meatballs:
2 lb Ground turkey breast
1 1/2 Cup quick or old-fashioned rolled oats, uncooked
1 Cup finely chopped water chestnuts
2/3 Cup chopped green onions
1/2 Cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 Tablespoon. water
4 Garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoon finely chopped peeled fresh gingerroot, or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Wraps:
1 1/2 Cup prepared plum sauce ( in Chinese section of grocery store)
12 Flour tortillas (10-inch), warmed
3 Cups coleslaw mix or combination of shredded cabbage & carrots

Preheat oven to 350º F. Combine meatball ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into twenty-four 1½-inch meatballs; arrange on rack of broiler pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until thermometer inserted into center of meatball registers 170º F. To make wraps, spread about 2 tablespoons plum sauce on tortilla; add about ¼ cup coleslaw mix and 4 hot meatballs. Fold sides of tortilla to center; overlapping edges; fold bottom and top of tortilla under, completely enclosing filling. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cut wraps in half to serve.
