Using a swivel-bladed vegetable peeler. lightly peel the cucumber in
alternate stripes. Using a food processor fitted with a slicing disk,thinly slice
the cucumber and turn into a large bowl with the juices.
Combine the vinegar, sugar, dill, water. and salt and pepper to taste in a
small bowl. Pour over the cucumber and refrigerate, covered. overnight,
