Grilled Chicken and Orzo Pasta Primavera Salad

1 pound orzo pasta cooked according to box direction
1 cup toasted pine nuts
2 roasted red pepper, sliced thin
1 cup pesto
Oven roasted tomatoes
2 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Heat a grin pan over medium-high heat. Brush pan with olive oil and season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken for 10 minutes on each side or the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 160 F. Allow chicken to rest for 10 minutes. Slice chicken into 1/2 inch thick slices. Place into a bowl with orzo, pine nuts, roasted peppers, oven roasted tomatoes and pesto. Mix to salad combine, season with salt and pepper to taste.
