1/2 cup mochiko(Japanese glutinous rice flour),
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 large eggs, beaten
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
5 pounds boneless chicken thighs, cut in large cubes
Vegetable oil for deep-frying, such as safflower, cottonseed or corn oil

Combine first nine ingredients and stir to make the Korean Marinade . Put ribs in marinade overnight and grill.
