In a small bowl, beat milk and egg together until the consistency is smooth.
In a separate bowl, stir together asiago cheese, bread crumbs, pepper, and paprika.
Coat cheeks in egg wash, and dip in asiago mixture until covered very well.
In a non stick pan heat oil and butter over medium heat, cook cheeks about 3-4 min per side or until breading is golden and crispy. Garnish with lemon.
