Devils Orzo Salad

VINAIGRETTE:
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Dark Brown Sugar
2/3 cup Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Pepper
SALAD:
3 cups Orzo
1 cup Whole Medium Pitted Olives
1/3 cup Diced Red Onion
1 each Yellow & Red Bell Pepper, cut into 1/4" pieces
2 Habanero Chilies, finely diced
1 cup Golden Raisins
1/2 cup Chopped Italian Parsely
10 oz Small Frozen Sweet Peas
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cook orzo in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until tender. Remove from water and drain. In a large salad bowl whisk all vinaigrette ingredients except oil together and then drizzle in the oil while whisking. Add the orzo and toss well. Add all other ingredients, toss again. Chill over night for best flavor, serve at room temp
