Marinated Artichoke Cheese Toast

8 oz Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained
1/2 C Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/3 C Red Peppers, finely chopped
1/3 C Celery, finely chopped
1 Tb + 1 1/2 tsp Mayonnaise
24 Melbe Toast Rounds
Paprika

Rinse artichokes under cold running water; drain well. Pat dry with paper towels. Finely chop artichokes, place in a medium bowl, add cheese, pepper, celery and mayo, mix well. Spoon artichoke mixture evenly onto each melba rounds; place on a large cookie sheet, then broil 6” from heat, about 45 sec or until cheese mixture is hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
