Prosciutto Wrapped Asparugas

12 Asparugas (white if you can find it)
12 Slices Prosciutto, thinly sliced
1 Cube Butter, melted
8 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Lemon, juiced
Pepper

Wash and cut asparugas in 1/2. In a large flat pan, bring water (about 1 inch in pan) and salt to boil. Add asparugas and cook for 2-3 mins, remove from water and place ice water to stop the cooking process. Dip asparugas in melted butter, then roll in parmesan cheese, then roll in 1 slice of prosciutto. Place in a shallow pan. Continue until all asparugas have been wrapped. Place pan in a 350 degee oven and cook for 10 minutes. Remove pan, pour lemon juice on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and grind a small amout of pepper on top and serve.
